About

As an experienced equestrian and animal lover it was only natural that my artistic creations growing up centred around those animals I hold so dear. I love all things medieval and baroque (think knights in shining armour and royalty), rich English culture and heritage as well as all things whimsical and dreamy such as dragons, unicorns and pegasus. It would be amiss of me to not mention my mini obsession with cats, so big or small you will see plenty of cats in the future too! My favourite big cat is the Lion and my favourite domestic cat is the Siamese. What are your favourites?

I love helping others and so it is my intention to help budding artists both young and old to develop their skills and create their own works of art so if that’s something you would be interested in then do be sure to watch out for upcoming material to help you do just that in the future!

Drawing and painting was something that came fairly natural to me when I was young…I remember being very good at realistic snails and dragons as a child and of course I got plenty of practice painting horses since that is my biggest passion! I paint in both pastel and acrylic.

I would love to paint in oil more and I thoroughly enjoy it but thanks to it’s nature of staying wet for so long it is rather impractical given my small space and having my cats with me for inspiration who would no doubt decide they wished to make alterations to any art left unsupervised…particularly Baby Yoda! She is into everything!

While I focus primarily on my collection pieces I do offer private commissions in pastel and have enjoyed creating some lovely portraits to suit the needs of clients so if you have a much loved pet or even a wildlife animal you just love so much that you want to have it on your wall all of the time then please let me know and it would be my pleasure to create one for you. Check out my private commissions page for more info.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate you taking time out of your day to have a look around my site and I hope my paintings provide you with some joy.
